• Do you have FLSSI Forms? Do you have FLSSI Forms?

  We use the FLSSI probate forms for Florida, and we are one of their official partners. We also provide key county probate forms for Broward, Lake, Manatee, Miami-Dade, Orange & Palm Beach Counties. We do not provide Guardianship forms at this time.

• Do you have County Probate Forms or Checklists? Do you have County Probate Forms or Checklists?

  We try to offer key county probate forms and checklists for Broward, Lake, Manatee, Miami-Dade, Orange & Palm Beach Counties. This is very much a collaborative effort with our customers as several counties have very poor systems for publishing and maintaining their forms.

• What word processor do I need? What word processor do I need?

  ProbatePlus generates probate forms as Microsoft Word (.docx) files. We recommend Microsoft Word for the best compatibility. Other word processors, including Apple Pages and WordPerfect, can open .docx files, but some formatting may vary.

• Are there any checklists or financials? Are there any checklists or financials?

  ProbatePlus does not include checklists or detailed financial tracking of estates. If these functions are important to your practice, you may want to checkout our full EstateWorks product here.

• How does ProbatePlus interface with Lawgic? How does ProbatePlus interface with Lawgic?

  If you have a planning matter in Lawgic which becomes a settlement case, you can export the client and contact details that you have already entered from Lawgic into ProbatePlus.

• How does ProbatePlus interface with DecisionVault? How does ProbatePlus interface with DecisionVault?

  If you use DecisionVault to collect information from your clients, you can import client and contact information from DecisionVault into ProbatePlus, reducing duplicate data entry when setting up a case.

• Can I get ProbatePlus for states other than Florida? Can I get ProbatePlus for states other than Florida?

  We also offer ProbatePlus for MA and CT.

• Are there any restrictions during the trial? Are there any restrictions during the trial?

  The aim of the trial is for you to be able to experience how ProbatePlus functions, how forms are generated, and the range of forms that is available. During the trial, your version of ProbatePlus will generate probate forms with a "Trial Only" watermark and some other artifacts. You should not use these documents generated from the trial version for submissions. Once you have subscribed, your version of ProbatePlus will generate the current, standard forms.

• What happens to my data if I don't subscribe — or if I cease to be a subscriber? What happens to my data if I don't subscribe — or if I cease to be a subscriber?

  If you choose not to subscribe, we will erase your trial version of ProbatePlus and any data associated with it. If you cease to be a subscriber, we can send you your data or delete it - more details are included in the License Agreement.
